Behaviorism, which is commonly found in preschool education, achieves its goal by giving a positive or negative stimulus. The simple example is that the mother tells her child that if he gets 100% marks in word test, she will give him a dollar as a reward. For a positive reinforcement of one dollar, the child will try to recite the words to achieve the full test score. This theory also usually be used in different learning games and memory game, such as Kahoot and Space Repetition. Behaviorism can be said to be the most commonly used theory. As teachers, we can use it to give some students small rewards. However, for maintain fairness and inclusivness and compassion, I think we can not only give some rewards to the top students, but also need to give the students who have made the most progress.

The other common theory I think is connectivism. In the current digital age, everything is inseparable from the Internet, including learning and teaching. It is true that the Internet is just a tool for teaching, but under the impact of the pandemic, the Internet has become the most convenient way for people to communicate with each other. Technology enables people to learn and share information on the Web and among themselves in ways that were not possible before in the digital age. Learning not only occurs within individuals, but also within and between networks. Like web browsers, Wikis, online forums, and social networks can all be connected to connectivism. Also, the online courses we take is related to connectivism. One thing need to be considered is how to make a deeper connection with others. Even though some people in the online world is closer to their nature, it is still a big problem to make closer friends as same as in the real world.
