In this ever changing era, technology plays a very important role in keeping us updated with the things happening in each and every corner of the world. Likewise, education seems to be incomplete if we do not consider the importance of technology in it. Now- a -days students find it easy to learn on electronic gadgets. Teacher’s role has changed a lot since the advent of technology. A teacher is no more a person who just comes to the class to give a lecture without engaging students in it. With so many learning apps like Kahoot, Mentimeter, Loom etc. an educator makes the teaching interesting for students. I believe this is the right way to educate students. Youtube videos, lectures and movies shown to students in classes arouse their interest and they are able to memorize the things for long if delivered this way. Students also find it convenient and enjoyable to do some learning on their own as it enhances their critical thinking.
As an educator, I would arrange group discussions and group presentations for students to promote social presence. I will keep in mind that students do not lose their interest in studies and for that I will involve them in engaging activities and games. Online meetings on zoom and face to face meetings will be done to make sure about teacher presence. Students will be encouraged to share their thoughts and learn from one another. On the whole, teaching is a process where we can use creative strategies everyday to make the learning intriguing and fascinating.

I agree with you that the Teacher’s role has changed a lot. Utilizing innovation & technology allow students with the opportunity to find answers for issues both freely and cooperatively. According to my view, while course books despite everything have a place in the classroom, actually students are substantially more liable to be discovered utilizing a PC or tablet or even a cell phone to support their research on the Internet. With technology, a better quality Instruction also possible.

I really agree with this last line! and we have to remember to take it day by day at times. I know at ties it can be challenging to make lessons intriguing, I think there is a certain risk we must take, and then reflect on that risk after the class.
