I am feeling fortunate to be part of this course as it has helped me to increase my personal as well as professional skills. In this class, I got a chance to play with different educational digital apps and tools that can make both learning and teaching in the classroom more interactive and fun.
I came to know about different learning theories and how they play an essential role in Children’s learning process. I got in-depth knowledge about FIPPA, which I will use to choose digital tools in the future to keep my data as well as the data of my students safe. In this course, I came to know about how digital technology takes care of the needs of all the learners, which was not possible with traditional teaching methodology. Nowadays, we have very diverse classrooms, and as one-size-fits-all theory cannot be implemented on every child; thus, a teacher needs to be flexible with teaching resources, assignments, and assessment. So, educational technology is one solution. I got knowledge of various tools that will help me make my teaching flexible and fulfill the needs of individual learners so that they can get success and compete in the fast-growing world.
I liked the way how Joe organized all the guest lectures to provide us more experiential learning experience. I liked the lecture by Greg as I learned a lot about AR/VR tools and how they can make our teaching engaging and entertaining. Moreover, I joined the session Virbela which was an enjoyable experience about how we can communicate and attend meetings in the virtual environment.
It is my first online learning experience in my whole study, and I came to know about how teacher-student and student-student interaction is vital to impart knowledge to students. Thus, I learned that a teacher should use technology as one of the tools for his/her teachings, not as a whole. I believe that learning is a lifelong process, and we should always keep on updating his/her skills to fulfill the need of all the learners in the classroom.
Nowadays, COVID-19 has changed the view of education dramatically. This course will help me to teach online. I will surely use these innovative tools in my teaching to develop my students’ cognitive and intellectual skills.

Technology has changed our life and especially our learning through online classes. AR/VR technology has changed schools and the old method of teaching. This course has set a different level of learning in our lives.

I agree with you that a teacher should use technology as one part of their tools, and not as a whole. It is important to ensure the technology we are using is meaningful and effective for our students. I also liked how Joe had organized the guest speakers. It provided us with real life experiences and made the learning more meaningful. I also liked how each guest speaker focused on something different about technology. The variety of topics helped me learn new ways to use digital technology with my students.
